About Me
Dr. Satyam Srivastava is a Principal Scientist and Head of the Biomedical Electronics Laboratory in the Applied Electronics Group at CSIR–Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute (CSIR-CEERI), Pilani. His research interests include ultra-low-power embedded systems, Edge Artificial Intelligence (Edge AI), Internet of Things (IoT), biomedical electronics, smart healthcare devices, medical imaging, wearable technologies, and intelligent water quality monitoring systems. His research focuses on translating advanced embedded electronics and AI technologies into affordable, indigenous solutions for healthcare and environmental applications.
Dr. Srivastava has successfully transferred more than 18 technologies to industry, with the majority commercialized and launched in Indian and international markets. He has served as Principal Investigator (PI) and Co-Principal Investigator (Co-PI) for over 15 nationally funded R&D projects sponsored by various government agencies. He has authored more than 25 publications in reputed SCI journals and international conferences and has secured over 15 intellectual property rights, including patents, software copyrights, and design registrations. He actively collaborates with academia, healthcare institutions, industries, and government agencies to accelerate technology translation, fostering innovation in connected healthcare, digital health, and smart water technologies for societal impact

Thesis Title: Non-destructive sensing techniques for on-tree fruit quality inspection. Ph.D. research work was done at CSIR-CEERI Pilani and degree was awarded by AcSIR University, New Delhi, India.
